If new positions are created in Organizational Management, Succession Planning facilitates a timely response, thus ensuring that you find the ideal candidate. In case you cannot find a suitable internal candidate, you can use SAP E-Recruiting or SuccessFactors to find external candidates.
Via integration with SAP Qualification Management, you can match positions with potential successors in regard to qualification requirements and profiles and assign employees to trainings in SAP Learning Solution in order for them to develop the necessary qualifications in time.
