PCC allows you to manage payroll both via your OnPremise SAP HCM and as cloud-based service in data centers hosted by SAP. Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Payroll Control Center means that you can manage payroll directly in SucccessFactors and administer all payroll data in the Employee Central.
