1) Cloud … is defined as the modern SAP solutions in the cloud, such as SuccessFactors, WorkForce, Fieldglas, Concur, etc., which can be used without any hardware investments;
2) OnPremise … refers to the traditional SAP HCM or SAP HR solution, which requires additional owned or leased hardware.

Our team consists of consultants with international experience, high degree of social competence, multi-lingual knowledge and excellent educational background in Computer Science and/or Economy.

Ing. Mag. Michael Berthold

Michael Berthold is the founder and visionary leader of HCM ADVICE. He has many years of experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting, as Head of Human Resource Management as well as in classic management consulting (e.g. company restructuring, cost-cutting, process optimization and coaching). In addition, he held positions as interim manager, both in the branch of production and distribution of consumer goods as well as for IT companies. He also holds many years of experience working in M&A/Corporate Finance.

Vienna — 23.04.2021 — HCM ADVICE today announced that its SIMPLERIX app is now available on SAP® Store. SIMPLERIX integrates with SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central to help customers simplify management of their organisational structure.

SIMPLERIX is designed for businesses that already use or are about to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The application helps reduce the time spent on master data maintenance by efficiently managing departments and positions. With SIMPLERIX, manual, time-consuming and error-prone changes to the organisational structure are a thing of the past. Now, businesses can move entire departments, positions and employees simply by dragging and dropping. In doing so, they not only move individual units, but they can also change the cost centres based on the inheritance logic for positions and employees automatically.

With SIMPLERIX, the maintenance of an organisational structure has never been so easy!

SIMPLERIX offers:

> Clear visualisation of departments, positions and employees
> Time savings thanks to simple reorganisation using drag and drop
