Another Successful Go-Live!
The declared aim of the project was the roll out of SAP HCM from the Swiss parent company HOVAL to the German subsidiary YADOS. The components, HR Master Data, Staff Time Management, and Payroll replaced existing software solutions at YADOS, with special focus on a cost-efficient transformation. Major challenges were the integration of Kanban production and the specific incentive wages.
Introduction of German payroll, with incentive wages and positive time management. Time management does not only process attendance. Additionally, it analyses data from logistics, to calculate the performance time spent on tasks.

24 weeks, 85% remote, 15% on-site. Workshops for: Staff Time Management, Payroll. Test phases carried out in Hoyerswerda in Germany. Go Live for Payroll at the beginning of February. Start of positive time management and incentive wages two months later.
